It's been a while since I shared some before and after photos with you all. I often get questions about why editing can take such an extensive amount of time. There's a multitude of reasons but one is that I edit everything by hand and never let it go without it being up to my standards. I am a hardcore perfectionist about editing and if I have a look in my head for that image, I won't call it quits until it looks exactly as I pictured. I use Lightroom to cull my images and then pull the selected ones into Photoshop for the editing process. My style ranges for each session I shoot mostly because I want a variety in my work, but I also try to find the tone of that session and edit based on how I feel when I see that image. I keep happy sunny images warm and inviting and I cool down the images that need a more demure, serious look.
